Canal car 960 is inbound between Carondelet Street and St. Charles Street, March 16, 1964.  We have a good look at several details: the crossover connecting the Canal line inner track with the St. Charles line outer track; the new palm trees planted two years before, when frost killed the original trees; and the detail on the base of the ornamental street light standard. — R.
