These two undated photos also show the construction to narow the neutral ground on Canal Street to widen the automobile lanes.  That dates the pictures to late 1963 or early 1964.  The upper photo features car 913 somewhere between Galvez and Broad, while the lower photo shows car 931 approaching the traffic light at Broad Street.
